
The AEO Program is a program that affords speedy and simple customs procedures as benefits to operators of businesses related to export and import that present outstanding records of compliance. To become recognized for excellence in compliance, business operators must have established internal compliance regulations, set up an organization for ensuring adequate enforcement of the compliance regulations, possess adequate operational execution capabilities, plan education and training for ensuring that compliance regulations are observed by all parties, including employees and affiliates to which operations are outsourced, and periodically implement that education and training. There are five authorization categories (1. Authorized exporters, 2. Authorized importers, 3. Authorized warehouse operators, 4. Authorized logistics operators, 5. Authorized customs brokers) under the Japanese AEO Program at present. Operators of export- and import-related businesses are authorized as Authorized Economic Operators when they satisfy the conditions described above.

With its bonded warehouses, NARITA LOGISTICS CENTER, HANEDA LOGISTICS CENTER and KANKU LOGISTICS CENTER, registered as authorized bonded warehouses, the Company is working to execute its operations properly and smoothly in compliance with laws and regulations.
