With a total floor area of more than 34,000㎡, the Narita Logistics Center is the largest logistics facility owned by the YAS Group. The company was also granted TAPA (*1) Class A certification and obtained a license for handling medical equipment.

In its mid-term business plan, YAS FIVE-STAR PROJECT, that started this fiscal year, YAS aims to improve the quality of transportation, and has been making the necessary facility investment since the summer of this year (see details below). The company will make full use of the facilities to provide higher-quality logistics services to its customers.

Refrigerated work areas (June)

Two new refrigerated work areas, with a total area of 208㎡, were built on the first floor. These areas are dedicated to handling chemical goods, perishables, and other items.

New bonded warehouse (September)

To expand the space for handling goods, the company has obtained a 1,980㎡ bonded warehouse in a vicinity which is about a five-minute drive from the facility.
