We, Yusen Air & Sea Service Co., Ltd., are pleased to announce that our shares are listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange as of February 28, 2005, the 50th anniversary of our foundation.

We are now ready to grow dramatically. Since our foundation in 1955, we have grown as an airfreight forwarder. In recent years, we strived to bolster our competitiveness by expanding our domain of overseas and domestic freight transportation for air, sea and land services, in order to develop a solid business platform in preparation for offering new export and import distribution services, as well as for the supply-chain management.
