What is your current job?
I have been working in YCS-Hangzhou office since Feb,2004 as the customer serivce of Air export ,sales and others.After we estabished Ningbo branch in 2007 till now ,I am taking charge of monitoring daily operation of import and export by air or ocean,especially for cargo in or out of Ningbo ,sales activity,promotation and market research,also helping local staff for self-development.
To what do you give special consideration while at work?
Since there is so many local forwarders ,and some Japanese forwarder is ahead of us in ocean business here in Ningbo port . We need to make our Yusen service as the distinctive one and to be outstanding."Customer First"is the key point.I teach the staff how to think globally,do locally and professionally as an international freight forwarder,how to consider our work as if we are the customer,how to improve our work as if we are the competitor,and how to develop our business as if we are the leader.In case any of the urgent request or problem occur,act prompty ,try the best to achive it or solve it.No excuse,No escape .I also believe it is essential for us to make our staff have the feeling of self-confidence and self-satisfaction.
What is the appeal point of YCS and your department and your office and Shanghai City?
Port of Ningbo is one of the most important international port in mainland of China from ancient time.It has economic trade with most ports from most countries and regions in the world due to its active foreign trading .NGB office has grown steadily since its estabishiment in Jul, 2007 with the multifuctional,all-directional business ,we have a strong team to provide our best , positive service and we can expect to expand our business to make NGB become a real branch.
